After Oban, you will head for Glencoe. A stunning scenic drive through the majestic valley with mountain peaks, waterfalls and lochs. Glencoe Village sits at the mouth of the famous Glen. Here you can visit the Glencoe Visitor Centre. There will be lots of opportunities for photo and viewing stops.

After leaving Glencoe, it’s then on to Fort William for the night. Fort William sits at the foot of the Nevis Mountain Range which has the UK’s highest mountain – Ben Nevis.

Day 2
Your driver will be ready to collect you at 9am from your accommodation. First stop is Neptune’s Staircase. The longest canal stairlock in Scotland, it raises the canal by 19m (62ft) to enable boats to travel up and down.

A short drive from here takes you to the Nevis Range Mountain Resort where you can choose to take a gondola trip up the Aonach Mor Mountain which takes approximately 15 minutes each way.

It’s then on to Fort Augustus – located half way between Fort William and Inverness on the Caledonian Canal and the most southern tip of Loch Ness, it offers spectacular views down Loch Ness. You can choose to take a short cruise from here around Loch Ness and do some ‘Nessie spotting’! There are lots of small restaurants and cafés here as well as the Caledonian Canal Heritage Centre.

Halfway up the Loch is Urquhart Castle – set on a rocky promontory with an open outlook up and down Loch Ness – a beautiful scenic spot amid the iconic ruins giving a glimpse in to medieval Scotland.

It’s then on to Inverness and your driver will take you to your accommodation.

Day 3
Your driver will be ready to collect you at 11am – allowing you a couple of hours to wander round Inverness at your own leisure before departing.

A short drive from Inverness takes you to Culloden. Here you can spend a few hours visiting the Battlefield, the Memorials, the Museum, shop and café and see some Highland Cows.

After your visit to Culloden, you will then head South through the Cairngorms National Park in to Highland Perthshire and stopping at House of Bruar. A large complex with many Scottish products across food, fashion and homeware. There is also a large restaurant and a fish and chip take away bar.
